Cheltenham Borough Council is pleased to provide the concession scheme enabling people to overcome the barrier of cost and continue to be physically active.  Sessions start from only £1.10 for concession card holders and there are concession discounted rates on most main activities.

At off peak times for example a swim will cost only £1.10 or a session in the gym £2.10.  Concession rates apply to most classes and these also start at only £2.10 for some classes!  In most instances the card is valid for up to 12 months dependant upon which category (please see application form for details).  If you are included within one or more of the following groups you can apply for the card.

• Over 16 years old in full time education.
• Over 60
• Registered Disabled
• Unemployed, on a low income

Reactive concession scheme - access through partnerships...

As a centre for physical activity and health promotion we have developed partnerships with number of services that allow referral onto an activity programme with leisure@cheltenam. Services include physiotherapy (Back 2 Fitness, ACL rehabilitation) and mental health services (NHS 2gether trust).

Involvement in any one of these services that run right here at the centre would qualify the patient/client for our 12 month Re-Active concession card. At a cost of £5.80 for the card and £11.50 should you wish to use the gym, you will have access to a wide range of activities at just £2.00 per session for a whole year.

Activities include:

Gym - Friendly and professional staff to support you and your needs

Group Exercise - A fun filled timetable with a vareity of social group exercise sessions

Swimming - A 33m pool, lane swimming a aquatic classes

Racquet Sports - Try your hand an badminton, squash or table tennis
